[How] can your workout change the world? Let’s work it out with some creative thinking! Start your Sunday with a motivating full-body workout that will push you (adaptable to all).
You’ll do thematic exercise circuits as a team, flexing your divergent thinking. Themes: Mental Health, Ocean Health, Urban Mobility, and Food Justice.
After, stay to connect with others and for coffee and a supportive space to take action on these issues or other interests of yours.

About Coach Will:
Will H. Hansen, CSCS (he/him) is a fitness coach with over 10 years of experience helping athletes* reach their goals from age 4 to 95 years young. *("if you have a body, you are an athlete" as Bill Bowerman put it). Beyond performance outcomes, it's his priority to support mental health and to keep movement fun and engaging.
In particular, he is focused on how exercise can support not just our sustainability as individuals or groups, but also more broadly. For example, by organizing action-focused events. Such as on Sustainable Food Systems as an Emerging Leaders Fellow for the United Nations Association of the USA. And as a Youth Delegate for UNITE 2030 leading sessions on Sport for Development and Sport Empowering Young People to be Changemakers.
